Jill treats people who participate in fitness at all levels, as well as those suffering from postural and occupational problems that are not sport-related. Treatments are tailored to each client’s needs, ranging from relief from pain or stiffness, to recovery from injury, and integrate deep tissue massage, soft tissue release (STR/ART), stretching, trigger point therapy, muscle energy techniques (MET) and myofascial release. She also offers postural assessments and remedial and rehabilitation advice.
Her introduction to yoga (Iyengar) in 1993 was very important, and it's been part of her life ever since. She also cycles, runs and tries to be outside as much as possible, although you may recognise her from Bankside classes - she is also a gym member!
Jill was born in Boston, attended Columbia University in New York, has lived in Japan, Netherlands and Norway. London has been home since 1999, when she began her MA programme at University College London.
