Class Descriptions 

Bankside Bootcamp A 30 minute class with a mix of cardiovascular and resistance work.  It focuses on toning and defining muscles whilst building up a sweat to burn off those calories. 
Body Combat A fun, lively workout class designed around basic fight moves. This class will help you to achieve a great total body effect with a smile!
Body Pump No complicated dance type moves with this excellent muscle toning workout using the step platform and barbells to music. It will help change the shape of your body and burn off the calories fast. Suitable for all ages and abilities. Please arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the class starting to allow for setting up.
Bootcamp Circuit This is a Bootcamp run by Major Payne. Using your own body weight and a combination of strength work and cardio intervals this 30 minute high intensity training class is designed to push you to your limits. Our hugely experienced trainers will push you harder than you could push yourself. The class is for all fitness levels and if you would rather have your hand held than a foot on your back just let your instructor know.
Box Fit This class focusses on the fitness elements of boxing training. A quick high intensity class that will leave your muscles burning your heart pumping and ready to take on the world.
Boxing Squad Boxing is about more than just hitting things. Although that is part of the fun, boxing also teaches you to be physically and mentally strong, relieves stress and empowers you. Our boxing coaches don't just coach, they fight as well. They are expertly trained to teach you real boxing techniques. You will develop your footwork, shadow boxing, core focus, hand-eye co-ordination, partner work, sparring, strength work and conditioning. Unleash the Raging Bull in you.
Core Xtreme Our signature class. Core Xtreme is an intense 30 minute abdominal blast that hits your abs from every angle. The class uses challenging abdominal exercises that will rip your core to shreds. Classes include matt work, standing core strength and cardio abdominal training combined with great music and lead by our passionate instructors. Take this class regularly and you can look forward to a slimmer, toned and ripped tummy. 
CX Worx Looking for a short sharp workout that will inspire you to the next level of fitness whilst strengthening and toning your body? Then CX Worx is for you. This is no ordinary workout, combining Core Training - Strength Training and Functional Fitness our team will put you through your paces. Add to the mix a regularly updated set of banging tunes to keep you entertained and it's the closest you'll get to a party in a gym.
GRIT Cardio LES MILLS GRIT Cardio is a workout like nothing else. Designed to burn fat and rapidly improve athletic capability this explosive 30 minute team training session combines high impact body weight exercises and uses no equipment. Led by a highly trained coach LES MILLS GRIT Cardio provides the challenge and intensity you need to take your training up a notch and achieve some fantastic results.
GRIT Plyo LES MILLS GRIT Plyo is an intense plyometric based workout that delivers results in super quick time. Combining the principles of Plyometrics and Power Agility training these 30 minute team training sessions on a bench will build a powerful, agile and athletic body. The scientifically backed and comprehensively tested training routine regimen is supported by a highly trained coach who is down on the floor with you, pushing you to your limits and making certain that you get results.
GRIT Series GRIT Series classes use the HIIT style (High Intensity Interval Training) to deliver maximum results in minimal amounts of time. In a high intensity interval you want to work at 100% (hence the key role a good coach plays in this class) and then take short recovery breaks to enable you to do it all again with same intensity. This class will be different each time and the coach will choose either a strength, cardio or plyometric type workout for you to keep your body guessing and working hard. If you want to get into shape fast then this is the class for you.
GRIT Strength LES MILLS GRIT Strength blasts all your major muscle groups, participants are pushed beyound their comfort zones and leave with lean, toned muscle. Using barbells, plates and the bench 30 minutes later it's all over but your metabolism will stay in overdrive for hours afterwards. It's a guaranteed fat-burner.
Group Cycling Group Cycling classes provide an intense cardio workout whilst still catering to participants of all fitness levels. Our certified instructors will lead you through a challenging series of exercises to maximise your caloric burn. The best part is that you choose your own resistance and speed which enables you to work out at a personally challenging level and gradually progress your fitness over time.
HIIT HIIT is an interval based class that combines full-body strength training and high intensity cardio bursts to tone your body and improve your endurance.
Insanity Insanity is a revolutionary cardio-based total body conditioning programme based on the principles of max interval training.
LBT A low impact class suitable for everyone that uses a variety of different equipment and body weight exercises to target those stubborn areas of the lower body.
Low Impact Aerobics This is a vitality workout to music is designed to lift your spirits and exercise your body without impacting your joints.  It is suitable for anyone who is recovering from injury, trying to get back to fitness or looking to lose weight. 
Military Fitness Time to man up and face the music. Our Sergeant Major will take you through a full body high intensity workout using all sorts of toys including battle ropes, power bags, Viprs and your own body weight to create a hardcore session that will leave you feeling satisfied you have reached complete exhaustion - bring on the endorphin rush.
Power Plate Power Plate redefines optimal health and wellness equipment for every age and ability.From rejuvenation and anti-aging treatments to rehabilitation and therapeutic massage, Power Plate provides exceptional results.
Power Plate Boxing A great class for burning fat, buidling strength and improving your fitness ability.Our Power Plate Boxing classes run for 30 minutes. If you like these you can progress on to some of our other studio based Boxing classes.
Primal Fit A unique workout that combines ground based movement with various bodyweight training disciplines for a fun, challenging workout of multi planar integrated movemnet.
TRX Suspension Training This class utilises gravity and your own body weight to stimulate, tone and develop your muscles.
An all over workout for the body using music to tone, shape up and burn the calories away.         
Women on Weights  A brilliant social class for women to learn how to use weights effectively to help build muscle tone and strength and to really burn those calories.
Yogapilates A challenging body work class suitable for all levels.  This class combines the best movements and exercises from Yoga and Pilates to improve flexibility and core stability simultaneously.
Zumba This very popular worldwide class fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a fun dance-based workout.
