About Me

I began competing in a variety of sports as a child but as I got older I focused more on athletics and football. My passion for athleticism naturally progressed into becoming a fitness instructor and personal trainer. My sporting background has given me an evolving knowledge of diverse training techniques.

I use these techniques to develop varied, interesting and challenging programmes which are specific to your goals and needs. I believe in a well-rounded, holistic approach to training. I am confident that results are a balance between hard work and a positive mind-set. My job is to work with you, to ensure that both your mind and body are fully focused, so we can reach your goals.
