I believe that with enthusiasm and competency you can achieve anything. Since I have been Personal Training I have watched many clients reach their ultimate fitness goals, this is highly rewarding for me and I always feel priveleged to have been a part of their journey. I am very thorough when it comes to evaluating a client's physical fitness to start with. Next I take time to understand an individual's needs the best I can in order to create, develop and deliver a practical training programme that is achievable and in alignment with their unique health and fitness goals.
I like to have fun and I like to spread happiness; I believe that by bringing these two elements into your workout, you will leave feeling good and more importantly you will enjoy coming to the gym. With consistency and regularity results will come your way in no time.
I'm a firm believer in challenging myself. I have competed in various competitions myself including Tough Guy, Survival of The Fittest, 3 Peaks Challenge, The Burghley House Dirty Weekend (20 miles 200 obstacles) and The Atlantic Coast Challenge which consisted of 3 marathons in 3 days.
Whatever your goal is, I can assure you that with my experience and knowledge, you can feel confident that should you put your trust in me to help you with your fitness I will be there for you until you feel you have accomplished what you set out to do.
