My nickname is Mr Motivator as my approach is to motivate, inspire and uplift my clients to be their personal best. I began my journey in the fitness industry at the age of 16 and offer nearly 30 years of experience in the world of health and fitness.
I’ve worked with people of all ages, from all walks of life using a variety of training methods and techniques, including 20+ years in self-defence boxing. I specialise in strength & conditioning, body shaping & building – whilst simultaneously improving overall fitness performance.
I was a disciplined sprint cyclist for many years which developed in me a passion for hard work, focus and dedication. I am an energetic motivator, who works with patience and ease – which I’ve learned from being a family man and father to two wonderful children. My guarantee is that I will give 110% to you - doing my best to help shape you into a fitter, stronger, more energised version of yourself.
